Vat Tham Sakkalin

This cave shrine contains the remains of King Sakkalin (r.1895 - 1904) whose ashes are interred in the white stupa to the left once inside the cave. The cave is usually locked but for a small donation the monks or novices will open the gates.  A good torch is recommended as the cave is quite deep.
