This small temple just across the Old French Bridge from Luang Prabnag town was once the residence of Luang Prabang's Supreme Patriarch. The outside stencil art work illustrating traditional Lao folktales has been restored  during 2023/24 by Tiao Nithakhong Somsanith, a descendant of the Front Palace Upalat dynasty.
